Deposits, Payments and Shipping Information

Placing a Deposit:

We require a NON refundable deposit of $150.00 to hold a puppy for you. We allow 3 business days unless prior arrangements have been made to receive your deposit. We will place the baby as SOLD going to your family once it is received. All puppies are up for adoption until a deposit has been placed. This amount does go towards the balance of your baby. If you back out of your baby once a deposit has been made, we will refund you any money paid over the deposit amount. Once your puppy is 7 weeks old, if you back out half of the total will be replaced. We accept checks, postal money orders or payments made with PayPal for our deposits. PayPal fees will apply!

We DO NOT require a deposit to be placed on any expected litters. Families will be kept up to date on the Moms pregnancy and picks will go in the order they are received. Once you pick your baby and it turn a week old, we do require the deposit to be placed at that time.

Making Payments:

Payments can be made throughout the time your baby is growing up here. We do require, however, that your puppy be paid for in FULL by time he or she reaches 6 weeks of age. We ONLY accept Postal Money Orders or PayPal for any final payments made once your baby is 6 weeks old. Your baby will be ready to join your family when he or she reaches 8 weeks old. At that time you can come pick your baby up or we can meet you within 30 miles free of charge, anything over may have a fuel charge depending on if we have business to tend to in that area. (We shop in the Burleson, Arlington and Waco areas weekly so those days are free of charge)

Shipping your baby:

Shipping cost range anywhere from $250.00 to $300.00

If you are having your baby shipped we do evaluate each puppy on an individual basis, only to make sure your baby comes to you a happy healthy puppy ready for lots of love. We ship our puppies at 8 to 10 weeks old, depending on their maturity. All shipping cost must be paid by 7 weeks of age, at which time we will be happy to make your babies flight arrangements. Shipping a puppy is very safe and we have shipped many babies. If you would like to speak to those families please feel free to ask, we will gladly get you in contact with them so that you feel more comfortable.
